SHIPPING: Orders that are placed between 10.00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday will be processed and posted using Evri or Royal mail within 3 working days, if you would like to use another postal service please contact us before purchasing.

COLLECTION: All orders are available for next day collection from our shop in Hinckley ( 7 Regent Court) Leicestershire, during open hours Tue – Sat 10.00am-2.00pm. Please select the collection option at checkout.

RETURN POLICY: We hope that you will be delighted with your products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for return. We will then contact you to arrange and confirm the return.

• All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
• Be unworn and Unwashed.
• Have all tags attached and/or in original packaging.
• Have no marks or stains.
• Should not smell of washing powder, odour or perfume.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics or face coverings. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs.
• Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items. If they do not meet the standards of our return policy they will not be accepted for a refund. 
• Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.
• Please note we cannot be held liable for return postage costs or items lost during transit.
